To understand how supply APY's are calculated, it is important to remember the structure of the dAMM Protocol.

Assets from suppliers are lent to whitelisted borrowers, and the majority of the interest paid by the borrowers is returned to the lenders as the Supply APY. The entirety of the interest rate payment breakdown is included in the section titled: Supplier Rates.
